Epic Vision Architecture is based in Pukekohe, Auckland and has been supporting projects across the country since 2015. We specialise in new builds, renovations and additions for residential projects in either timber or steel framing. Our services include, concept plans, full working drawings for building consent and construction, 3D renders and council building consent management. Our Director Ryan, who achieved a Diploma in Architectural Technology in 2004 and a Diploma in Construction Management in 2012, is a Licensed Building Practitioner - Design 2. With 20 years’ experience in the New Zealand residential building industry, as an architectural designer, project manager and steel frame and truss designer and consultant, he has a wide range of construction knowledge. We use the latest Chief Architect CAD software to create innovative architectural designs using our practical solutions-based experience and attention to detail, to produce quality construction plans at an affordable price.
